This information can not be found! Consider the number of
people injured by doctors that do not even realize they have
been damaged by their doctor. Consider how many people about
85%, I read, that do not even file a malpractice suit against
their doctor for various reasons. Consider how many people can
not get legal representation. Medical malpractice cases are
the ones generally turned down by an attorney. Consider the
number of people that are too sick and depressed to file and
folow up on a malpractice suit. Consider the number of people
that do not have the money, time or good health to file a
medical malpractice case. Condsider the fact that defense
attorneys always lie and cover the butts of their clients.
Thus cases are either dropped or settled for pittens. Consider
the law that states hospitals must not reveal a careless act
by a doctor or staff to the patient, family or friend.
Consider the number of attorneys that may be paid by the
defense to drop the case.
No accurate figures will ever be found. Maybe multiply them
by ten times. Maybe that won't be right either. Maybe
multiply by twenty times! Not sure.
A victim!
