6 years ago I was mismedicated and as a result I am legally
blind. The Insurance company and their attorney's have tried
lead me to believe that there would be a settlement out of
court. With each passing year and one after another delay I am
starting to believe I will only become a statistic!
I can not find any statistics even on the sites mentioned on
thse posted notes. If anyone has new information please post
    it. Thanks Hope
