Post: Felony

My grandson who is now 35 years old received a charge of
felony as a teen. He has been an upstanding man the last
17 years. He has been raising his 3 boys by himself since
his wife walked off and left him. He is a church going man.

He would very much like to remove this felony charge and
needs to know just what he has to do. Where does he
start? He wants a clean record. CAN you help? Thanks!
