Post: marriage anulment

I am a legal alien in the US. But my cousin arrived to
this country 3 years ago and for the economic situation at
our home country he stayed over his time. He met this girl
aboth 6 months ago, and they believed to be in love so they
got married. Now, the situation has changed and it has
become a living-hell.
They haven't applied for his papers yet, and he doesn't
want to. Can he divorce her without facing inmigration
laws? Can they perform marriage anulment? They got
married one month and a 1/2 ago.

Please reply ASAP.
