Post: Erisa Insurance Law

Has the Erisa Law for protecting Insurance Co. been voted
out yet? Is it still pending on voteing in Federal Court??
I have a very strong case against my Medical Insurance Co.
I would like to put a suet against them to pay my medical
claims, but I am told by my attorney that they are protected
by the ERISA LAW.
Does anyone know about this, or could you direct me to some
answers? There should be some rights for us people against
Insurance co., when they do not do right by us that keep
them in business. They just get richer & we get poorer!!
