I am sure that there are lots of cases with merit around, but
noone seems to mention the cases when doctors were wrongfully
accused of malpractice and got convicted because of it..
Nor does anyone mention the fact that doctors pay a large part of
their income for lawsuit insurance. (the figures that point to a
very small sum of money being paid are not true at all.

Just a view of the doctor's side..
