This is the only site I have found to date that you can look up
actual claims on a doctor search. It is for the state of Florida
only. Most states do have deparment of health and/or insurance
sites that you can look up info on a doctor (what we call a
profile). Unfortunately, if you want to look up claims on any
doctor in the USA, you have to get your information from the
National Database which costs about $3000 a year to join. There is
legislation underway to publicize this information. I see both
sides of the doctor vs. patient argument as I work as a medical
malpractice underwriter and have seen outrageous behavior on both
sides. Unfortunately, it is often left to attorneys to argue the
matter in court, and in most cases, there is no open and shut
    case. Just my 2 cents.
